In Memoriam of Founder - President (1979 - 2022)

He was a CRA since 2006 and in the Appraisal Industry for over 20 years.  Chai used to bring strong skill sets with diversified experience gained by working as an Appraiser, Mentor and Reviewer. He was very well versed in the Residential and Commercial Industry. He specialized in Assessment appeals, Relocations, Mortgage Appraisals, Litigation & Power of Sale Appraisals. Also had experience in Court Appeals. Chaitanya lent his vast knowledge and expertise to his team of appraisers who continue to work with the same guiding principals.

BHAUMIK PANDYA

Is a CRA designated Appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has been in the business for 10 years. He has worked extensively in the industry and specializes in Appraising Residential properties for the purposes of conventional and high-ratio mortgages, Power of Sale, Retrospective, Non-Mortgage (Separation Settlement, Taxation &Legal purpose) He is committed to diverse client base needs including Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, Purchasers. Sellers, and Lawyers. Bhaumik is a graduate of Civil Engineering (India) and Project Management from Centennial College. His past experience in the Construction Industry as a survey layout; site supervisor and working in the Appraisal Industry helped him grow further strong in this field with a fast-paced environment.

Working with E-Valuate Services since Aug 2013 managing day to day services, assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, develops  and maintain filling system, provide general support, demonstrates the ability to carry out work responsibilities meet deadlines consistently while working cooperatively with team of specialists.
